Xiomara Liana Ramirez Flores Brown of Honduras,otherwise known as Xio Brown of SLC, has been called to head up the Church's first Social Services Department established outside of the U.S. Xio will be accompanied by her husband, Orson Pauly Brown, for their two year assignment in Mexico City, beginning in mid-January 2006.
